If you are having trouble with Real Audio, here are some things to remember--

Try This First:

• Close the RealAudio player

Clear your browser's disk cache--in Netscape, it's located in Network Preferences and in Internet Explorer it is located in Internet Options

• Reload the page
• Pray
• Try listening again

Some things to consider:

Sound quality of Internet broadcasts are a product of:

Your computer's processor--the faster the better

Your computer's RAM--the more memory the better

• Your speakers and their capabilities
• The Real Audio software is producing better quality sound with each new version. The RealPlayer  8 is a solid improvement. RealAudio 7 is also a great improvement over G2 and suffers less packet loss.
• The internet's ability to carry the load at the time of broadcast. As the internet grows, it may suffer glitches or problems that affect audio feed and other transmissions. These problems will hopefully improve over time.
